Francis Chin (Principal Consultant)

Francis has more than 25 years of energy and carbon management consulting expertise including 13 years in Australia and 12 years in the Asian and South East Asian region based in Bangkok.
Francis was the registered and approved energy expert by the Royal Thai Government and had ultimate responsibility for more than 300 energy audits conducted by his energy specialist team. In addition, Francis has undertaken a range of energy audits in Australia and has extensive experience in advising large corporations at business executive level on energy management and efficiency strategies.

Francis consults in a wide range of areas from mapping of energy consumption and carbon footprint to recommendations of corporate energy policy and implementation strategies and targets. Francis has also undertaken assessment of ESC projects in the mining and manufacturing sectors in NSW. Francis has previously been the nominated person for accreditation of RESAs under the NSW Energy Saving Scheme for mining energy efficiency projects.
