Oakley Greenwood at CIGRE Symposium Dublin
Jim Snow | 6th June 2017This week Executive Director Greg Thorpe and Principal Consultant Alex Cruickshank are attending a CIGRE symposium in Dublin, Ireland attended by electricity experts from all continents. Alex and Greg are members of CIGRE’s Australian Panel on Markets and Regulation. They are meeting with CIGRE colleagues examining international practices in tariff design, reasons for major change to markets, the impact of environmental policies on markets, capacity markets, technical issues with adding new technologies to power systems and price caps.
