Greg has 40 years experience in the electricity sector and also in gas. Greg assists businesses and market authorities operating under a range of different industry structures and market designs used in Australia and internationally. He sits on panels available to hear disputes under electricity and gas rules in Australia and Singapore, NBN wholesale disputes and provides expert witness statements in other jurisdictions.
Lance Hoch

Lance has over 35 years of experience in policy, regulation and business strategy as it applies to electricity and gas distribution and retail businesses. Prior to founding Oakley Greenwood with his fellow directors, he served as Vice President with CRA International.
Jim Snow

Jim spent 12 years in the Natural Gas Industry (AGL) holding several senior executive positions involved with the technical end use of energy, regulations and tariffs, contract pricing, analysis of energy projects investment, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and the promotion and marketing of energy.
Rohan Harris
Executive Director
Rohan Harris is an economist who has worked in the energy, water and consulting industries for more than 20 years. Rohan has significant experience in the areas of: tariff design; regulatory strategy and analysis; cost benefit analysis; energy and water policy; and electricity, gas and water demand forecasting.
Angus Rich
Executive Director
Angus offers a wealth of technical expertise balanced with commercial experience drawing on 25 years focusing on the gas and power sectors in the resources and energy industry.
Alex Cruickshank
Principal Consultant
Alex is a very experienced public policy and regulatory executive with broad experience in energy markets, having worked in both public and private sectors. Alex has deep experience in market design and rules development. He was involved in the initial design of the National Electricity Market; examining capacity markets versus energy only markets, network development approaches and access rules. He continued in the developmental role with the rules body (the National Electricity Code Administrator) as Principal Consultant Code Development and oversaw all rules change applications and changes.

Cau is a senior leader and energy market expert with more than 20 years working in the energy/utilities industry and with solid interdisciplinary expertise in energy market, power system engineering, optimisation, economics, business management and applied finance. He has extensive experience in providing advice on strategic directions, trading and investment opportunities in response to changing market structures, trends and energy policy (renewable energy, carbon emission).
Bill Williams

Bill is an experienced Commercial/BD executive who has worked across the energy sector including oil & gas, gas infrastructure, electricity infrastructure and energy trading.
Core strengths include asset commercialisation strategies, deal optimisation and structuring, negotiation and contract documentation, financial analysis and study management.
Matt Currie
Principal Consultant
Matt has over 25 years’ experience within the electricity generation sector. His experience includes both the NEM and the WA, NT and North Queensland remote energy sector.
Matt’s has a deep understanding of the economics of power generation and fuel supply and has a strong commercial focus. This has been demonstrated through his ability to provide off-takers with innovative power supply solutions taking advantage of emerging technologies particularly renewables and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
