This paper explores the impacts on network value of disruptive technologies such as Solar PV and Battery Storage in residential premises in NSW, and the application of benchmarks by the Australian Energy Regulator in its latest revenue determination process, within the backdrop of the impending intent of the current NSW Government to lease 49% of the NSW network assets, as outlined in the Forum by the Minister.
