Revised calculation of reasonable efficient competitor costs report
Lance Hoch | 10th March 2016The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) engaged Oakley Greenwood to develop numbers that it could use directly or indirectly in the building block calculation of reticulation and retail costs for a new entrant reasonably efficient competitor (REC) and inform its consideration of the extent to which it is feasible to have system-wide retail minus prices. This report should be read in conjunction with the associated spreadsheet – “Revised Calculation of REC Costs”. The report can be viewed here.
